UWR HELP +

UWr Help+ is an initiative that focuses on important social and health issues—in a simple, practical, and student-focused way. We want to inspire, encourage, and build a community based on solidarity, empathy, and mutual support. In previous editions, we collaborated with DKMS and RCKiK, among others, organizing blood donation drives, bone marrow donor registration, and events focused on disease prevention and early detection.

During the last edition, participants enjoyed many valuable activities: lectures on healthy eating and mental and physical fitness, first aid training with a certificate, the opportunity to donate blood or join the bone marrow donor database, participation in the “Daj włos” campaign,
as well as free podoscopy and pedobarography tests. Finally,
together, we created a poster made of handprints—a symbol of our unity
and willingness to help.

UWr Help+ is proof that helping and studying truly can go hand in hand.
